My heart felt condolence to Fonda's family. I was blessed to see her about 2 years ago at the grocery store in Richmond. And we talked a few times after that over the phone. She was the same bubbly, smiling, sweet spirited Fonda I knew back in the day at MSCPAC. Rest in peace my friend!
