Ronney James Richard Sr. was born on August 3, 1949, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, born to Wilcon Richard and Mariena Duchine. Ronney was the second youngest of five children. He migrated to Houston and made a new life for himself in California as a young man.
He had three children, Ronney Jr., Vanetra Richard and Ronda Richard-Austin (Ronald). He married Brenda Richard July 15, 2006, and fathered five son's Martez hunt (April), Leamon (Neshia), Lealix (Nicole), Kent and Clemey Ealy.
He worked for molly stone as a butcher, where he retired. Ronney loved fishing and was a true artist; he loved singing and playing multiple instruments, while his favorite was the bass guitar and the harmonica. He loved and lived his life on his own terms, he was one of the funniest persons we all knew.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mariena Oreaboa, father, Wilcon Richard, sister, Margaret, brothers Charles Sr. and Ronald Sr. (twin).
His memories will live on through his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
