Ralland Matthew Jackson was born to the proud parents of Cleveland and Fannie Jackson on September 13, 1932 in Shawnee Oklahoma. He attended Elementary, Junior High, and completed High School at Dunbar High in Shawnee Oklahoma. He later enlisted in the United States Army (88th Field Artillery Battalion) serving in South Korea, Honorably Discharged.
He accepted Christ at an early age, and was baptized at the Church of Christ in Shawnee, Oklahoma. His love for God began his path in Ministry where he went on to continue his education at Southwestern Christian College in Terrell, Texas. Understanding the spirit of God, he went on to achieve optimal levels of personal accomplishments including creating a spiritual intellectual atmosphere conducive to his ability in bringing many souls to Christ. His love for God, family, and his church family was his ultimate passion until he could no longer serve.
Ralland was blessed to have 9 children through two marriages. He leaves to cherish his memory; his loving wife of 57 years Delores Faye Jackson, 3 sons and 6 daughters. Linda K. Goodloe, Donna M. Morris, Matthew R. Jackson, Tonya R. Lewis (Larry), Martha Jackson-Bradley(Reggie), Gayle R. Ellis, Traci L. Jackson, Prentiss R. Jackson, and Randy K. Jackson. 17 Grandchildren, 32 Great-grandchildren, and 1 Great-great grandchild.
