Mrs Susan Lynn Francis

Sue Francis, a 53-year resident of Pinole, California passed away peacefully on March 25, 2020, surrounded by her family and beloved pets. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Francis, who was her loving companion for 52 years; and her three children: Brenda Francis, Kevin Francis, and Alana Francis (and fiancée, Tom Loftus). Sue also leaves behind her three grandchildren, Stacey Stanfield, Rebecca Kaylor, and Amber Francis, and eight great grandchildren. Sue’s passion was gardening and animal rescue. She would rescue any animal in need from a frog to a horse, and nurture them back to health. Her garden was filled with antique roses and orchids that previously belonged to her grandmother and her mother, which are still growing today. Sue and Ken enjoyed many years dancing and singing karaoke with friends. Sue’s final resting place will be at Rolling Hills Memorial Park in Richmond, California. A memorial service will be held in Sue’s honor at a later date; relatives and friends will be notified.
