Kouei Chiem Saechin was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather to many. Mr. Kouei Saechin was born on July 15 1950, in the country of Laos. He served in the War in his youth and was an asset in the involvement of his people. In the wake of the devastating Vietnam War, he escaped to Thailand and later with the aid of the CIA and other agencies , he moved with his family to the United States. There he started a great and fulfilled life and accepted Christ as his savior in Oakland Churches. Kouei bore many children, and raised a very proud generation of a family. He was a loving father, and was the most caring. He made sure all of his kids and grandchildren are taken well care of. He was loved by all, and he did everything in his power to protect his loved ones and keep everyone in check. In his retiring years, Kouei enjoyed helping others and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
In the end, Kouei was truly blessed. However, God has gained an angel on April 30th and now his time has come where he is in a better place with his parents and brothers. He is survived by his spouse, 12 children, 4 siblings, many grandchildren, devoted relatives, friends, and colleagues. His final legacy will be carried and admired for many generations to come.
